How to Order
Visit our showroom call 01488 608020 or e-mail sales@benchmarkfurniture.com to place your order.
Some items may be in stock and so available immediately, but often we will have to make to your order, so please be prepared to allow up to ten weeks. A deposit is taken on placement of the order and full payment is required before delivery. We accept payment by BACs, cheque, debit card or credit card.
Delivered to your Door
We will deliver your furniture directly from our workshops to your home, usually with our own trained staff, at a time agreed between us. Delivery within 50 miles of Benchmark including the M25 will be £75. Deliveries outside these areas will incur an increased charge dependent upon distance. For deliveries outside the UK, please call for a quotation.
Authenticity
Each piece of furniture we sell has a mark in the form of a discreetly fixed polished pewter disk that shows that it is an authentic Benchmark original. This is individually numbered and a record of the piece and purchaser is kept in our register. Customers may choose their own personal inscription up to 12 characters on the disk.
Peace of Mind
We take pride in all our goods being made to exceptional standards but because things sometimes go wrong, our returns policy states that where a damaged or faulty piece of furniture is delivered, we will do our utmost to rectify the error as quickly as possible. If you are unhappy with your purchase for other reasons, let us know within seven days and we will guarantee a refund providing the item is returned in "as new condition" within 14 days. Unfortunately we are unable to refund shipping, handling or insurance charges, except of course in the case of any errors on our part. Bespoke pieces made to special order cannot be refunded, unless there is a fault with the product.
We are confident that our furniture will stand the test of time and offer a five year guarantee against defective workmanship and materials. However, please note that most of our furniture is made of solid timber, and you should expect it to move slightly in damp or overly dry conditions.
